The crossing - Kalunga is the line of water between the living and the ancestors. It is the Atlantic that Africa crossed, and in Quibdó it is the Atrato River. This section presents fiction and documentary feature films from Latin America that explore the African diaspora and its continental connections, with transnational stories and multiple identities shaped by the crossing.
